Hear it straight from our

Took a girls trip and wanted to do a winery tour. We could not have asked for a better experience. Judy was so nice, knew great wines to try for what we liked, made sure we were ready for each tasting and introduced us to the staff at each winery and made sure we were happy and comfortable it was great. It was such a good time and we will for sure be going through Scarlett transportation again!

Our family took a Christmas Lights tour in December and we loved it! My Girl Scout Troop and a few other Troops took a day trip today to the First Ladies Museum and Harry London Factory. We have never been disappointed by this company. They are great to work with! Highly recommend them!

We used them for our February 4, 2017 wedding They were friendly, polite, and all around great service. They had us on time or early where/when ever we needed to be. Plus they even came back after the reception to take us and the entire bridal party to the church where all our cars were. That was so helpful and thoughtful.

Judy and Eric are awesome people. A group of us took the bus to downtown Cleveland for the cavs parade. No worries about fighting traffic and parking just remember your pick up point. We are now onto our next adventure of the ghost tour. And we also are using them in December to take us to the flats for a private party. I highly recommend them .

We reserved a private Christmas Lights Tour with our entire family. Eric and Judy who are the owners were a lot of fun. The bus was decorated for Christmas, and we had a great time seeing all the displays. They had hot chocolate for everyone and the kids had a great time playing trivia on the bus with Judy. My wife and I also did a covered bridge tour in the summer. Eric and Judy are great people and we look forward to more trips

On October 5th, 2016, sixteen unsuspecting people boarded a shuttle driven by the owner and accompanied by his wife and two paranormal investigators....for an unknown adventure! We rode off into the night. We went on the Southern Ghost Tour....it was a wonderful time!!!! I do hope that if you ever wanted to find out about the paranormal or experience it...this is the tour to take....or the Northern one. You will not regret it! Thank you to the professionals who accompanied us it was very informative and I had a fantastic time!!!!

Judy and Eric do an amazing job with the tours. Very well prepared. We have gone on several tours with them including Christmas lights, brewery and winery tours. Every one better than the last. The buses are clean and comfortable! Always a great time! Go--Now!

We went on a winery tour with a group of our friends and had a great time! We are from the area but had friends in from out of town and this was the perfect day trip to show them what our area has to offer. This company offers many different tours and we are looking forward to a brewery tour in September.

Every time I encounter Scarlet Transportation and Adventure Tours I have a fabulous time. Shuttle? Yep to the St. Patrick's Day Parade. Friendly, professional and on time. Winery/brewery tours? Yep, the relief of having a driver so I can be a taste tester without concern. Ohio Adventures? Yep, covered bridges and soon Ghost tours. When I have a need for a private party - birthday, wedding, etc. - they will be the first company I contact!!!

Our Ohio Adventures

We started our business as a simple winery tour company. We have always been supporters of local products and services - restaurants, produce, art, crafts and decor, but most of all wine! We started taking weekend trips exploring the state seeking out new wineries, mostly for the wine but also for the unique atmospheres and personalities each one has. Rural wineries, urban wineries, big or small, family owned, rustic or commercial - we loved the adventure of finding them all. We’d bring back wines from all points of the state to share with our family and friends along with the stories of the wineries and the people the wines came from. It wasn’t long before the idea came to us - we could buy a small bus and make our passion into a weekend business. And just like that our weekend adventures became business research trips. We began taking notes of parking lot sizes, venue seating capacity, food availability, and more importantly, what expectations the wineries would have of such a business. Eventually we had a good idea of what we wanted to do - we’ve learned so much along the way! - so we took the plunge and bought a small 16 passenger bus and away we went. Not long after our first winery tours we started to get calls asking if we could do tours of local breweries. It seemed like an obvious next-step, so we began to do research on the Ohio craft beer industry and soon we were offering brewery tours.

Later that year we piled our extended family into the bus to go see the Christmas light displays in the area. An hour into the trip we realized how special it was to share such an experience with the people you most care about, and we decided right then and there to offer that experience to our customers. The Christmas Lights Tours have since become one of best selling tours, booking 36 in the 2017 season, the vast majority of which were booked by large families or groups looking for that special experience to share. We even had five generations of one family on the bus one evening!

We started to come up with other ways to utilize the bus. We started offering shuttle service from Lorain County to downtown Cleveland for large events like St. Paddy’s Day and the Cavs championship parades. Covered Bridge Tours, Erie Shore Lighthouse Tours, Waterfalls of Ohio Tours, concerts, Cavs, Browns and Indians games, Playhouse Square, day trips to museums and lunch at local eateries, and the wildly popular Ghost Tours in the fall. We started out as weekend winery tour company, but by the end of our first calendar year in business we outgrew our little bus and replaced it with a larger 24 passenger as well as adding a 27 passenger bus that we use for Wedding transportation. We were voted Best Wedding Transportation on the Cleveland Hotlist 2017 in our first year in the industry.

We could not have imagined the rate of growth we have experienced, but it has been a most exciting and rewarding experience for us. We have met so many wonderful people and visited so many amazing places on this journey, and we look forward to the new possibilities and continued growth to come, but we both still remain weekend adventurers at heart.
